Fred's greatest weakness, of course, is being raped. It's why the only time he's scared of Male Owner is when he plays Beethoven on the piano and gets 'a bit rapey'. It's why he hides from the idiot twins in this strip. And it's why Rape Cat is his nemesis.
Also worthy of note is that the idiot twins have apparently been hanging out with Sid the Beatnik's girlfriend.
